Educational Technology to Transform Learning

Fayston Preparatory of Suji believes technology successfully integrated into the classroom can transform learning and student achievement to equip students with the skills necessary to influence the global community and increase their engagement with lesson materials. At Fayston Preparatory of Suji we align ourselves with ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) with the aim of helping students’ become:

We strive to give our students experience on how to choose the tools necessary to quickly gather and analyze information to create and present what they have learned by integrating technology into our curricula through :

  • - use of class websites for hybrid learning,
  • - incorporating technology for project-based and inquiry-based activities to hone their research skills.

Instructional Support Technology

To help students become more collaborative with their learning, Fayston Preparatory of Suji provides every student with a Google WorkSpace account as well as Turnitin to help students improve their grammar and reduce chances of committing plagiarism. To help parents and students track their learning progress we use PowerSchool SIS and NWEA’s MAP Growth test to track progress in relation to Common Core Standards.
