4. Termination Procedure and Method of Personal Information

In principle, once the purpose of the collection and usage of personal information have been achieved, it should be terminated without delay. The procedure and method is as follows.

Personal information that had been input for membership registration will be moved to a separate database (filing cabinet if the information is a hard copy) once it has serviced its purpose, stored for a set period due to information protection reasons regarding inside policy and other related laws, and then terminated.

Personal information that has been moved to a separate database will not be used for any purposes other than for related laws.

Termination Method
Personal information that has been saved in the form of electronic files will be deleted via technical methods that prohibits the revival of destroyed records.

In principle, the Company does not provide the users’ personal information to third parties, with the exceptions of the following.
Circumstances in which it is related to laws that users have consented to advance, or requested by investigation institutions through normal procedures and methods by law in which the information will be used for investigation purposes

Users may view or edit their personal information and can request for subscription termination.
Users may view and edit their personal information by clicking ‘Change Personal Information’ (or ‘Edit Member Information’ etc.) and terminate their subscription by clicking ‘Membership Withdrawal’
The above may be achieved without delay by contacting Personal Information Manager via paper application, phone, or email.
In cases where personal information change has been requested due to system error, it will not be used or provided until correction has been completed.
When a third party is provided with misinformation, the Company will immediately alert and provide the third party with the correct information.
Information that has been closed or terminated as per request by the user will be processed as shown in Article 2 (Personal Information Collection and Purpose of Use) and will not be viewed or used for any purposes.
Legal representatives for minors under the age of 14 have the right to view, collect, and consent to withdrawal the child’s personal information.
